What does it mean when an item states “Final Sale”?

When certain items have been marked down multiple times (usually once it hits 85% off retail), it then becomes “Final Sale”. Items that fall under this category will have a note within the product description page. This is different from items that are marked as return for STORE CREDIT only (see next question).

What does it mean when an item states “returnable for Store Credit only”?

When certain items have been marked down multiple times (typically when they hit 85% off retail), it then becomes eligible to return for store credit only. Items that fall under this category will have a note within the product description page. These items may be returned within 14 days for store credit, which comes on an electronic gift card that can be used in the Emison online store. Store credit will never expire & can not be used for in-store purchases or phone orders.

Can I return my online order?

Returns may be approved within 14 days of your order date. Final sale items are jewelry, swimwear, undergarments, and any item specifically marked final sale on the description page. View our full return policy here.

How do I return an in-store purchase or phone order?

In store returns may be returned within 7 days of purchase to any Emison store location. Orders placed over the phone can be returned to the store within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. In-store issued credit can not be used online. Jewelry, Swimwear, Beauty Products, and Intimates are final sale. Items marked “SSS” or “As-Is” on tag are also final sale. Contact the store for further details.

Can I return a gift after the holidays?

Yes. With the extended holiday returns, you may return eligible items through January 5th for ONLINE STORE CREDIT. This applies to orders placed during the holiday shopping season, starting on Black Friday through December 24th. Items specifically marked “Final Sale” may not be returned.


Do I have to use PayPal to pay?

We use PayPal to process all of our payments. You do not need a PayPal account to pay and you do not have to log into your PayPal account if you already have one. After selecting “Complete Order” you will see a PayPal login page. Instead of logging in or creating an account, simply select the “Pay with debit or credit card” button and enter your payment info normally. PayPal provides the highest security in payment processing for both parties.

Can I use my Emison gift card/store credit for my online purchase?

Unfortunately, we do not yet have the ability to apply in-store-issued gift cards or store credit to online purchases. It is something we are working on implementing in the future.

Can I purchase something in-store that I see online?

All items found online, may only be purchased online. Occasionally, some stores will have the same items as found online, however that is not always the case. You can always call ahead to find out if your local Emison has the item you are looking for.

Can I purchase something I have seen posted on the @Emison Instagram or Facebook page?

Absolutely! Because our inventory is so limited and varies from store to store, not all items will be available online or in every store. Our posts and Stories will almost always have the item location noted in the caption (for posts) and as a tagged location (on Stories). You can call the listed store to check availability and for any additional details or photos. All stores can take phone orders and ship within the US. Items featured on Social Media do tend to sell quickly, so you will want to call ASAP! View all store contact info here.

How do I know if an item will fit me?

We carry many designers so size charts and fit will vary. We do offer some measurements within our product description, but we also suggest doing your own research on how a designer size might typically run. We are always happy to provide any extra measurements that will help you shop. Please use the chat feature or contact us page to ask any questions.


When will my order ship?

Most orders ship the next business day. It may take longer if there is any delay with payment or if we have a higher than usual order volume.

Can I pick up my online order in a Emison store?

We only offer in-store pickup at our NW 7th Ct. location in Miami, FL. Orders must be purchased and payment completed online. You will receive a fulfillment email when your order is ready for pickup, usually same-day or the next business day. Please have valid photo ID when picking up your order. If you will have someone else picking up your order, please include their name in the shipping information or within the order notes.

Does Emison offer Free Shipping?

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, and the same that you see in-store, Emison must charge a reasonable shipping rate for online orders. Our prices start at 70% off retail, so we are not your typical full-price retailer that can offer free shipping.

Why are shipping charges different for in-store phone orders?

Phone orders and in-store purchases needing to be shipped will be sent via UPS only. Prices will vary from online orders, which typically ship USPS or FedEx.

What to do if my order is lost or damaged during transit?

Please contact us via email or through our contact form. We will collect any needed information and photos from you before opening an inquiry with the shipping carriers and/or filing an insurance claim.

My order shows as “delivered” but I do not have it?

Please contact us via emailor through our contact form. We will reach out to the shipping carrier to get more information on the delivery or try to locate the package before filing an insurance claim for mis-delivery. If you have proof that your package was stolen, please contact the police to file a report before contacting us. We will need a copy of the police report before approving any theft claims.


Are Emison products new or used?

All of our items come directly from the original retailer or designer. Items may have spent time on a sales floor or came as samples from the design house, but they are not pre-owned. We always suggest a proper cleaning before wearing as pieces can pick up shop dust or show signs of being tried on.

Can I sell or consign my designer pieces with Emison?

We do not offer consignment options at any of our stores. Emison will not purchase used (or new) designer pieces from individuals. We only purchase directly from authorized luxury boutiques and designer brands.

How can I look at inventory in the Emison stores?

Unfortunately, we do not have a way to remotely view current inventory at our Emison store locations. Our selection will vary by location and can be limited. All stores are happy to take phone orders or send photos if you are shopping for a specific style, size, or designer.
